Pre-Season Training for Distance, Throwers, Sprinters, Vaulters
If you are a returning athlete or want to try a sport for the first time, join us on the field in February for pre-season training!
DISTANCE: Pre-season training is underway. For information, times and dates, contact Distance Head Coach Chris Hanson at email@example.com.
THROWERS: Pre-season throwing workouts for Shot Put, Discus, and Javelin 3:45-5:45 pm Mondays and Wednesdays, 9:00-11:30 am Saturdays. We will meet at Desert Vista stadium and go through COVID protocols as we enter the stadium. Please bring your cell phone so you can quickly complete the daily COVID survey. MASKS and SOCIAL DISTANCING will be required at all times. Athletes should bring a large bottle of WATER as well. SPRINTERS: Pre-season Boys Speed Training Monday-Thursday each week on the track at 3:45 pm. Bring a mask, water and running shoes.
